The LOA is a letter of acceptance from China that moves us one step closer to bringing Melia home! On Monday we can now send in a form to the USCIS for another approval from our government to bring Melia home. Our agency estimates travel to China in 3 MONTHS!!! That means we could be meeting our little one and a half year old right after the first of the year! WOW! Our life is going to be turning upside down very soon!
