We moved Zac out of our bedroom and into "the boys room". Zac and Jake are now sleeping together and it is going extremely well! I can't believe our wild boys actually stay quiet and go to sleep so well. We were concerned that Zac would feel scared or that Jake would not be able to go to sleep and he would keep Zac up. Fortunately, neither has happened and the transition went very smoothly.

In addition to this, our big news is that Jake turned 4 on Saturday! We had a handful of friends and family over for his birthday party. (We got a little carried away with the yard toys). He had a great birthday and we are so grateful for our adventurous, determined, athletic, spirited, sweet son!

Thanks for inviting us! We enjoyed being with your family and the kids loved all the activities! You know how to put on a great party:)
So fun! Wish we could have been there! Give Jake a birthday hug from us!!
Conants:)
Did you rent or buy that slide? If you bought it, do tell where I can get one for Ben and Lauren's party this weekend!
Katie's parents bought it with another family at a silent auction fundraiser. It now travels from Wyoming to NE for grandkids to enjoy! Sorry, I don't know where it was oringinally purchased.
I can't believe our little guys are 4 already. It seems like just yesterday we were sweating through the summer of 2004 and enjoying the fact that no hair was growing on our legs. (You do remember that don't you Katie otherwise people are going to think that this is a really weird post!!) :-)
Oh, I remember well and it was great not to shave those legs!
super fun party!
i especially loved getting drenched in a hoodie and jeans. haha, noe really i love it.
seeing your kids smiles and hearing them laugh makes it totally worth it.
