I just stumbled upon your blog today and have spent most of my day reading your archives. Oh my oh my what a rollercoaster ride adopting a child from Russia is! I wanted to say all five of your family are such beautiful, happy and loving people. How lucky you all are to have each other.
Thank you for sharing your personal experiences, photos and video in this way - I don't know you, you don't know me (I'm down in Australia btw), but you sure put a smile on my face today and truly warmed my heart. I'll be rushing home after work (not that I did much work today!) to go hug and play with my own sweet and spirited 4yo son. Your parenting inspires me. I'll be sure to check back on how life is treating you all (hope that doesn't seem creepy!). Best wishes.
Being a civil engineer I'm curious about that wall on the far side of the water from where your kids are sitting. It looks like it is about to collapse at any time. Is it just me or should someone be concerned?
