It came today! The I-171H came in the mail! This means we have all 18 documents that we need to send to Russia! YEA!
We're absolutely giddy if you can't tell. So here's the new timeline:
Monday - Get everything notarized.
Tuesday - Get everything sealed by the Nebraska Secretary of State. FedEx everything to our agency.
Wednesday - Our agency's Russian accredidation expires.
Ok.... so that last part kinda stinks, but we're taking this one step at a time.

Congratz! We got ours in the mail today too!!
lucky day for everyone! congrats on getting the I-171H. does your agency work in any regions where they can complete independent adoptions?
This is amazing and wonderful news. I recall the days when you were wanting your first child. But it didn't compare to the announcement that you were actually going to have one. I felt the same way about your second child. And now, this news is again like moving from wanting to have a child to the official announcement that the waiting period is actually beginning and there will be a baby (two!)in our future. This is certainly another blessing for our family. N & P
